This paper discusses about the concept of Double Jeopardy. The is divided into three main parts. first part clauses mentioned in section 300 code criminal procedure. second describes difference between 403 procedure and article 20(2) Indian Constitution. Thirdly, it talks exception which may be applicable various instances followed by conclusion.
